Redondo Beach, CA – October 17, 2014 – The new SpaceLift 5200 Series attic lifts carry up to 200 pounds and 24 cubic feet of seasonal and household storage per trip. With the press of a button, the automated SpaceLift 5200 Series platform moves heavy bins and bulky boxes effortlessly between the floors of the home.
“The new SpaceLift 5200 Series attic lifts provide homeowners with convenient home storage and best-in-class standard features,” stated Ralph Cissne, SpaceLift vice president of sales. “Many of our customers are over 50, or approaching retirement, and are tired of juggling storage on their attic ladder. The SpaceLift solution eliminates the hassle and enables them to make the best use of their attic storage space.”
SpaceLift 5200 Series attic lifts have an exclusive low-profile design with no vertical height restriction. Homeowners may stack bins and boxes, moving more storage in fewer trips without the risk of carrying heavy or awkward items. Standard SpaceLift features include convenient wall-mount controls with key lock, factory assembly for ease of installation and a two-year warranty.
The SpaceLift 5228 is 28” wide x 59.5” long x 7” high; the SpaceLift 5222 is 22” wide x 59.5” long x 7” high. SpaceLift 5200 Series lifts require an open truss construction and a ceiling thickness/joist depth range of 7 to 14 inches. The efficient SpaceLift electrical drive system moves the platform up and down suspended by four aviation quality steel cables and accommodates floor to ceiling heights to 15 feet.
The SpaceLift 5200 Series is designed and manufactured in the United States by SpaceLift Products, Inc. and is protected by U.S. Patent No. 8,292,031.
